1. Returns

We accept returns on eligible items within seven days from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging. Please include a copy of the original receipt or proof of purchase with your return.

How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  • Go to the “Order History” section and select the order containing the item you wish to return.
  • Click on the “Return Items” link and follow the instructions to complete the return request.

2. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within seven days.

3. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact our customer support team at admin@classicmallusa.com for assistance.

4. Non-Returnable Items

If you are shipping an item over $75, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
